gion.  Apollo Real Estate Advisors plans to bring 20 entertainment centers to Poland over the next five years, in a $220 million investment.  Heitman International Group also plans to develop 10 shopping centers in Eastern Europe.
Look for more REITs or other investors to consider other property types, including industrial and multi-family, in Eastern European countries as the governments there continue to disengage from decades of communist rule that directly has affected these areas.
