The New Mexico Chapter of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) has never been an organization to sit still. New Officers for 2000 approved by acclamation are:

Trudy Jones, CCIM - President - Grubb & Ellis|Lewinger Hamilton

Mark Bates, CCIM - President-elect - Bates Commercial Realty

Brad Allen, CCIM - Vice President- Roger Cox & Associates

Ruth Ann Firestone - Secretary/Treasurer - First State Bank

Four CCIM courses have been scheduled for 2000. They are:

January 17th-18th and again September 18th-19th

Investment Analysis

March 27th-31st

CI 101 Investment

Financial Analysis

October 23rd-27th

Todd Clarke, CCIM, also deserves a big round of applause. Todd was recently promoted to senior instructor for C1 102. A longtime REALTOR® and associate with Grubb & Ellis|Lewinger Hamilton, Todd was the first President of the Commercial Association of REALTORS®, New Mexico. He held that title while he was serving as president of CCIM. Currently, Todd is the group's national ambassador to Poland.
