Every 3 to 6 months (depending on demand), Lewinger Hamilton performs an apartment market rental survey update. Last year we surveyed some 23,943 units. Due to a recent expansion of Todd’s apartment database, additional cities in New Mexico have been added to our market survey. The following represents the latest information from this survey:
